Udało mi się wyciszyć silnik diesla! - I managed to silence the diesel engine!

Silnik diesla ze względu na swoja pracę, pracuje dosyć głośno i specyficznie. 

Wyciszenie silnika diesla jest wręcz niemożliwe.

Podjąłem wyzwanie i do mojego silnika diesla 2.2 cdi OM651 2016r. dodałem nie jedną, a dwie buteleczki Xado 1 Stage Maximum. Dlaczego aż dwie? Chciałem żeby tego dodatku było więcej niż ma go być za odrobinę za mało. Zaznaczam że jedna buteleczka mogłaby się w moim przypadku okazać niewystarczająca, gdyż w silniku mam aż 7 litrów oleju. To chyba najczęstszy błąd użytkowników dodatków do oleju, kupują jedną butelkę dodatku do oleju, mimo że często producent podaję że dodatek należy dodać do maksymalnie 5-6 litrów oleju. Lepiej jest dodatek do oleju przelać, niż ma go być za mało. Pamiętajmy jednak żeby przed użyciem dodatku spuścić odpowiednią ilość oleju! 

The diesel engine, due to its operation, works quite loud and specific. 

Silencing a diesel engine is downright impossible.

I took up the challenge and added not one, but two bottles of Xado 1 Stage Maximum to my 2016 2.2 cdi OM651 diesel engine. Why as many as two? I wanted there to be more of this additive than there is to be a tad too little of it. I point out that one bottle might not be enough in my case, as I have as much as 7 liters of oil in my engine. This is probably the most common mistake of oil additive users, they buy one bottle of oil additive, even though often the manufacturer states that the additive should be added to a maximum of 5-6 liters of oil. It is better to pour the oil additive over than to have too little of it. However, remember to drain the right amount of oil before using the additive!

Jakie są moje odczucia i co zauważyłem po przejechaniu 1500km z dwoma butelkami Xado 1 Stage Maximum?
 

On the youtube channel I recorded footage of how the engine sounds before adding Xado 1 Stage Maximum and measured the volume with a decibel meter. I recorded the second footage after covering half of the manufacturer's recommended distance, that is, after 750km.

The minimum distance to be covered with the additive in the oil is 1500km.

What are my impressions and what did I notice after driving 1500km with two bottles of Xado 1 Stage Maximum?

Zacznijmy od plusów:
- Spadło spalanie - przed dodanie spalanie miałem na poziomie 8,2l/100km, teraz mam 7,5l/100km.
- Wyciszenie silnika - stało się to w co nikt nie wierzył, czyli pomiar decybelomierz wykazał spadek o 2-3dB!
- Wyciszenie turbiny - to jest moim zdaniem największy plus! Posiadacze nissanów, powinni wiedzieć jak głośno pracuje turbina na zimnym silnik podczas przyspieszenia przy delikatnym przyspieszaniu. Dzieje się tak za każdym razem przez pierwsze kilkaset metrów, czyli "uderzanie" jakby czegoś co nie ma smarowania.
Teraz tego nie ma - jest absolutna cisza. To tak jakby dodatek do oleju pokrył swoją powłoką elementy wewnątrz turbiny i te już nie pracują na sucho podczas zimnych startów turbiny.

Let's start with the pluses:

- Combustion decreased - before the addition I had a combustion of 8.2l/100km, now I have 7.5l/100km.

- Silencing of the engine - what no one believed happened, that is, the decibel meter measurement showed a decrease of 2-3dB!

- Turbine soundproofing - this is the biggest plus in my opinion! Nissan owners, should know how loud the turbine works on a cold engine during acceleration when gently accelerating. This happens every time for the first few hundred meters, that is, "thumping" as if something that has no lubrication.

Now there is no such thing - there is absolute silence. It's as if the oil additive has coated the components inside the turbine with its coating, and these no longer run dry during cold starts of the turbine.

 
Minusy: 

 - Wolniejsze nagrzewanie silnika - nie wiem jak to wytłumaczyć, ale wydaje mi się że mimo iż ciągle pokonuje tę samą trasę, zauważyłem że silnik jakby wolniej osiągał swoją temperaturę roboczą. To oczywiście kolejne potwierdzenie, że dodatek do oleju zadziałał, ponieważ zredukował tarcie, przez co silnik jest mniej obciążony, elementy mają mniejszy opór, przez to wolniej się nagrzewają.

Minuses: 

 - Slower engine warm-up - I don't know how to explain this, but it seems that even though I keep going the same route, I noticed that the engine seemed to reach its operating temperature more slowly. This, of course, is another confirmation that the oil additive worked, because it reduced friction, so the engine is less stressed, the components have less resistance, so they heat up more slowly.
